A server I actually run
Not resold space in someone else's data centre. I configure the firewall, malware scanning and updates, and I read the logs — which is how problems get caught before a customer notices.

Backups that are tested
Daily backups kept off the server, and restores I have genuinely tried. If a site is ever compromised I know how to trace the way in and clean it properly.

Email that reaches the inbox
Business email on your own domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up correctly, so your messages land in the inbox instead of the spam folder.
How it works
Moving from another host
Send me the files or give me access to the current host. I copy the site, databases and email to a staging copy, test everything, and only then switch the DNS — so the site is never offline. If the site has security problems worth fixing, I will tell you before it lands on my server. Hosting is quoted in writing for what you actually need.

Can you host a site you did not build?
Yes. I regularly take over sites built by other people, including their email and databases, and I will tell you honestly if anything needs fixing first.
What happens if my site goes down at night?
The servers are monitored and most problems are fixed before anyone notices. If something needs you, you get a call, not a ticket number.
Do you provide business email as well?
Yes. Mailboxes on your own domain, with spam filtering, and the DNS records that keep your mail trusted by Gmail and Outlook.
